By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused - no makeup, staining, marks, perfume, odours or snags.
Be in their original condition and packaging.
Include any tags provided.
Neatly folded and placed back in the packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

2. How to return an item(s)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order once it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
